retailers or by IndieWrites not to meet retailer content policies will be removed from the IndieWrites site.
Your stories, books, and other content (such as book titles, cover art and product descriptions) must adhere to these content
guidelines. We and the eTailers reserve the right to make judgments about whether content is appropriate and to choose
not to offer it. We may also terminate your participation in the IndieWrites program if you don't adhere to these content guidelines.
IndieWrites may update or alter the Content Policy at any time. You are responsible for checking for updates and your
continued use of the service after we post amendments will constitute your acceptance of the changes.

Material Violating Privacy
Any content that violates an individual's privacy.
Illegal and Infringing Content
We take violations of laws and proprietary rights very seriously. It is your responsibility
to ensure that your content doesn't violate laws or copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Just
because content is freely available does not mean you are free to copy and sell it. This includes, but is not limited
to works portraying or encouraging incest or pedophilia or content that encourages hate or violence.
Public Domain and Other Non-Exclusive Content
Some types of content, such as public domain content, may be free to
use by anyone, or may be licensed for use by more than one party. We will not accept content that is freely available
on the web unless you are the copyright owner of that content.
Poor Customer Experience
We don't accept books or stories that provide a poor customer experience. Examples include books
with misleading titles, cover art or product descriptions. We and the eTailers reserve the right to determine
whether content provides a poor customer experience.
Content contained within your eBook or other content that primarily seeks to sell a product other
than the eBook or content itself may result in your product’s removal from an eTailer’s catalog.
We do not allow impersonation of others through the Service in a manner that is intended to or does
mislead or confuse others.
We also reserve the right to remove from sale your eBook or other content at any time, if our eTailers determine, in
their sole discretion, that the content in your eBook is not appropriate for sale through their retail channel.
You are responsible for knowing and following all local, national, or international laws regarding publishing content
that are relevant to you or your business.
